Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 5 days from the date of purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Important: There are no returns allowed for domestic or international orders once dispatched. However, we can exchange domestic orders within India in case of damaged products or size variants in clothing.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or sanitary goods.
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use.
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.
Contact your bank; processing delays can occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items or size variants in clothing for domestic orders. We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you require an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@somarasa.co.in and mail your item to:

International Orders
There are no returns or exchanges for international orders. We will reconfirm your order details before processing to avoid discrepancies.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the purchaser shipped it to themselves, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
